If you do not love what you receive, we will happily exchange the product with another product - We allow this once per order.
Our quality is checked thoroughly before Shipping, however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product, please send a Return request to https://triyah.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer of triyah.com) along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product.
Please note –
We understand if you do not like a product shipped to you and are unable to decide upon a Replacement choice immediately. In that case, please send a Return Request with reasons/pictures on https://triyah.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer of triyah.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship between 1-2 working hours of order receipt during the non-peak season.
Please email the order cancellation requests to email@example.com. If an order is canceled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 working days to reflect in your account.
In case we have any cancellations on COD, we do not allow these customers from making any further purchases (unless Pre-paid) from all of our sites and partner sites.
