If you do not love what you receive, We happily exchange the product with another , we allow this once per order. Please do send an exchange request with reasons/pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. with the product you would like to exchange with within 48 hours of receipt of product.
We will reverse pickup the product and dispatch the replacement once we receive it at our warehouse & subsequent quality checks are done. Please do not cut-off the tag, keep the original packaging & the product in the original condition for enabling a reverse pickup.
Please note we charge 250/- Shipping charges for replacements or Return.
Quality Concern Refund
Our quality is checked thoroughly before shipping , however In an unfortunate event you find any defect or damage in our product, Please send an email to email@example.com. along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product.
Please do not cut-off the tag, keep the original packaging & the product in the original condition for enabling a reverse pickup. Our quality team will verify the concern on receipt of the product, and the refund with be processed within 72 hours.
Once verified, We refund complete amount and do not charge for reverse pickup.
**You may also choose to get a replacement product at no extra cost .
Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We normally ship between 2-24 working hours of order receipt.
