1. Order Cancellation

Can I cancel the order after I have placed it?
Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. Please email the order cancellation requests to customercare@triyah.com.

I have Cancelled my order. When will I get the refund?
If an order is Cancelled before we ship – we can Refund via the payment method you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 days to reflect in your account.

2. Delivery and Tracking

I have placed an order today. When can I expect the delivery?
We generally dispatch orders within 1-3 working days and aim to deliver your products within 5-7 working days. Deliveries are dependent upon our shipping partners & the location of the delivery. We use the best service providers to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. You can track your order under “Useful Links - Track your Order” at the bottom of our website. Please use the order number starting with TRYH or AWB or shipment ID on the text received by you.

I need my product urgently. Do you offer fast delivery?
In case of any urgency, please do reach out to us at customercare@triyah.com so we can review the possibilities to expedite your order.

How Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an Airway Bill Number (AWB) from the courier partner. You may use this AWB/order number to track your order. You can track your order through the following link https://www.vamaship.co/

3. Order Modifications

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the Shipping order after placing an order and before the product is shipped. Please drop us a mail at customercare@triyah.com so we can assist you further.

Can I change my phone number after placing the order?
Yes, you can change your phone number after placing the order. Please drop us a mail at customercare@triyah.com so we can assist you further.

Can I add or remove products after placing the order?
Yes, the order can be modified after it is placed and before it is shipped. Please drop us a mail at customercare@triyah.com so we can assist you further.

4. Does Triyah have a store I can visit?

Sorry, we don’t have a store and all our products are sold Online. However, customers may visit our office if they wish to see or try Pre-selected products before purchase. Please drop us a mail at customercare@triyah.com so we can assist you further. We may have to get products from our factory so you need to have Pre-selections sent via email.

5. How can I avail store credit and it is applicable on what all products?

Store Credit is the refund that goes into your account. It is applicable on all our products and even new launches. It has no expiration date and can be used for any future purchases.

6. Exchange and Return

I don't like my order. Can I Return it?
In the unfortunate event you are not fully satisfied with our product, please send a Return request to https://triyah.com/apps/return_prime along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product.

I have created a Return Request. When will the product be picked up?
Once a Return Request is Approved – we will arrange the reverse shipment for the returned product. Kindly keep the returned product in its Original condition along with Tags. Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 days after approval of the request.

Once a Return Request is Approved – we will book reverse pick up for the returned product. Once the return is picked by our delivery partner and following subsequent quality checks, we will send you store credit within 1-5 days which has no expiration & can also be gifted to anyone.

7. Product Related Queries

Are the Blouses padded?
Most of our Blouses are padded leaving a few exceptions. Please check the description under the product for all details. You can also drop us a mail at customercare@triyah.com to know more.

Can my order be Customised?
We do accept some Customization for size, colours, designs, etc. Please drop us a mail at customercare@triyah.com so we can assist you further.

8. Payment

I have paid for my order but did not receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation after payment has been done through email and text message. Though incase of an unfortunate event that you did not get the confirmation, please email us at customercare@triyah.com and we will check the payment status and create a manual order for you so you can receive the order as normal.

How can I pay for my order at Triyah?

We offer Zest Money for EMI options. You can find this in checkout under Razorpay option. The credit is provided based on the need and your credit rating which can be taken very easily online during checkout!

9. Queries For International Customers

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do offer International Shipping.

What is the Return process for International Customers?
We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.

10. Do you offer Gift wrapping?

Yes, we do offer Gift wrapping. Please put in your request for Gift wrapping at the time of order placement in the notes section. We will neatly gift wrap the product, remove the MRP tag but include the original Triyah tag.
