Products in the Set : 

  1. Saree - Love for Linen is not new and this saree makes it even more beautiful. This Linen saree has a Silver border and Pallu with hand made Fringes at the end. Linen sarees fit every season and occasion. Beauty of Linen and it subtle shimmer of Dull silver Border makes it a "must have" for most occasions or everyday wear. 
  2. Blouse - A deep V-neck sleeveless blouse with mirrorwork all over on georgette and a pure cotton lining on the inside. The blouse is padded, so you never have to worry about matching the right innerwear with your blouse now! 

    It's a multi-functional blouse which can be worn not only as Lehenga tops but also with casual denims and pants for when you want to mix Indo-western looks. It co-ordinates very well with most sarees and adds that edgy glam to any outfit.

Fabric:- Saree - linen. Fabric is soft and comfortable on your skin yet do not cling on your body but rather highlight your strongholds. Blouse - Georgette fabric with mirrorwork embroidery, lined with pure cotton

Colour: Saree - Beige Sand colour with silver border. Blouse - Georgette fabric with mirrorwork embroidery.

Shipping & Return Information
We generally dispatch orders within 1-3 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-5 days to reach a customer's location after dispatch.

Exchange Policy

If you do not love what you receive, we will happily exchange the product with another product - We allow this once per order.

  • Once the Exchange Request is Approved –  we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up. 
  • The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate.
  • We will start our process of Replacement within 2-3 days. 
  • Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are done also. 

Return Policy

Quality Concerns

Our quality is checked thoroughly before Shipping, however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product, please send a Return request to https://triyah.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer of triyah.com) along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product. 

  • Once a Return Request is Approved – we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.
  • The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate.
  • We will start our process of Return post pickup within 2-3 days. 
  • Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are done also.

Please note –

  1. The Quality Defect Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the Material or Colour of the product. We suggest that the Customer should read the Product Description clearly and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also email us to know more details about the product and we will be happy to clarify any doubts you may have before buying.
  2. Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 days.

 

Other Concerns

We understand if you do not like a product shipped to you and are unable to decide upon a Replacement choice immediately. In that case, please send a Return Request with reasons/pictures on https://triyah.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer of triyah.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

  • Once a Return Request is Approved – we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.

  • We will send you to store credit within 1-2 days which has no expiration & can also be gifted to anyone. 
  • Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are also done. 

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship between 1-2 working hours of order receipt during the non-peak season. 

Please email the order cancellation requests to customercare@triyah.com. If an order is canceled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 working days to reflect in your account.

In case we have any cancellations on COD, we do not allow these customers from making any further purchases (unless Pre-paid) from all of our sites and partner sites.
